DATUK SERI IR AZMAN BIN MOHD
Chairman

Datuk Seri Ir. Azman bin Mohd has held several key positions since joining Tenaga Nasional in 1979. From a District Office electrical engineer to State General Manager, Senior General Manager of Operational Region 2 and Vice President of Distribution, he eventually rose to be the President/CEO of Tenaga Nasional in July 2012.

He obtained a Diploma in Engineering from England Newark Technical College, UK, in 1976, then a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from University of Liverpool, UK, in 1979, and finally a Masters of Business Administration from University of Malaya in 1996. He also chairs the Institute of Asset Management Malaysian Chapter.

DATUK ABDUL MANAF BIN HASHIM

Dato’ Abd Manaf was a member of the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Perak from 2009 and has served as Chairman in several private companies involved in the construction, telecommunications and solar hybrid sectors since 1993. He is a member of the Perak State Assembly subsequent to the Malaysian General Election 2013.

DATUK ZAINUDDIN IBRAHIM

Datuk Zainuddin Ibrahim is the Vice President of Generation. His main task is to develop Generation Division’s objectives and strategies based on Tenaga’s overall objectives. He also oversees the development of operational policies and guidelines for the Division. In addition, he chairs Division Management Committee meetings on a regular basis and reports on Division’s progress to the Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director of Tenaga Nasional.

MOHAMMAD  ZAHIR ISMAIL

Mohammad Zahir bin Ismail is currently the Managing Director of Integrax Berhad. His main task is to lead this newly acquired subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional to perform as the most efficient dry bulk terminal owner operator. In addition to that, he is responsible to grow the business and profitability of the company through productivity improvement and business diversification.

DATUK FAZLUR RAHMAN BIN ZAINUDDIN

Datuk Fazlur Rahman bin Zainuddin currently holds the post of Chief Financial Officer/Vice President, Group Finance in Tenaga Nasional. Some of his tasks include monitoring financial related activities to advise the CEO and Tenaga Board of Directors on key financial decisions. He leads Group Finance as an active strategic financial partner in driving Tenaga’s business aspirations, and achieving Group’s objectives.

NAZMI BIN OTHMAN

Nazmi bin Othman is currently the Chief Investment Management Officer in Tenaga Nasional. His job responsibilities include governing the adhering of policies and procedures within the Investment Management Division and Tenaga Nasional group-wide, including subsidiaries. He also monitors the performance and achievements of Tenaga Nasional subsidiaries in hitting targeted investment goals.

DATUK SHAMSUL BIN AHMAD

Datuk Shamsul bin Ahmad is currently the Managing Director and a Board Member of TNB Janamanjung Sdn. Bhd. and a Board Member of Integrax Sdn Bhd. He is also the Chairman of TNB Western Energy Sdn Bhd. He is also currently The Adjunct Professor for Business Management School, UNITEN. With his 28 years extensive knowledge in various fields has brought him and the power plants under his management far and ahead of everyone else, locally and internationally. He is currently managing 3100MW Sultan Azlan Shah Power Station, the flagship of TNB.

MOHD SHAIFUL BAHRI BIN HUSSAIN

Mohd Shaiful Bahri Bin Hussain has been with Tenaga Nasional Berhad for 25 years. He was the Managing Director of TNB Fuel Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad from 8th May 2009 until 13th October 2014, prior to his current position as Head (Corporate Transaction Group) of Energy Ventures Division, Tenaga Nasional Berhad. He is also a member of the Oversight Panel for Single Buyer and Grid System Operator for the Malaysian Electricity Industry under the Energy Commission, Malaysia.
