In 2015, Integrax became a subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). The establishment of TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd (TNB Genco) prompted Integrax's restructuring, bringing it under the umbrella of this new TNB subsidiary. This strategic move was driven by Integrax's strong alignment with the energy transition initiative and the potential for related business growth.

Integrax owns dedicated port facilities to serve Stesen Janakuasa Sultan Azlan Shah (SJSAS), Manjung, Perak through its wholly owned subsidiary, Lekir Bulk Terminal Sdn Bhd (LBTSB). As of December 2022, the netbook value of these infrastructure facilities is RM300 million. Lumut Maritime Terminal Sdn Bhd (LMTSB), an associate company of Integrax, operates the port.

The port facilities feature two seaside and one landslide berths with the capacity to unload up to 165,000 DWT.

Our modern and up-to-date three ship unloaders with the capacity of 162 MT assure efficient coal unloading from ship to shore. Meanwhile, the jetty delivery system is equipped with three conveyor lines, each capable of conveying 3,800 MT per hour to the receiving facilities.

Integrax is also expanding its business within TNB Genco starting with Marine and Maritime Services to Stesen Janakuasa Tuanku Muhriz (SJTM), Jimah, Negeri Sembilan. By continually seeking opportunities for growth and innovation, Integrax is well-positioned to deliver value to its clients and contribute to the ongoing development of the energy industry.

With decades of experience as a trusted and efficient service provider, Integrax manages assets worth RM650 million.

At Integrax, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient services that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth of the energy industry overall.

At Integrax, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the energy industry with innovative and sustainable solutions. Our ultimate goal is to be recognized as the foremost provider of exceptional port infrastructure solution, marine operations and terminal services. By prioritizing exceptional value chain integration, we strive to deliver  excellent service to all our clients.

With such commitment we are confident that we can make a significant impact in the energy industry.

In pursuit of our aspiration, we remain guided by the following core values;

Integrax, became wholly owned by TNB Genco, following an internal restructuring exercise by TNB. As part of TNB Genco's end-to-end power generation value chain, Integrax manages port operations, dry bulk handling, and logistics services.

Integrax has now expanded its activities in response to the growing emphasis on Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), the drive to achieve Net-Zero Carbon, and the aspiration to support and propel TNB Genco into a top power generation solutions provider.

Through business sustainability and growth, Integrax is now on a business expansion path for its port management, dry bulk handling, and logistics segments of the supply chain.

Integrax's logo font and color pay homage to TNB's legacy, while still maintaining the distinctive identity of Integrax. The wave design at the end of the wordmark is a crucial element of the brand, representing the company's expertise in ports and transportation. It also signifies our aspiration to broaden our horizons beyond coal and into other commodities, conveying a sense of dynamism and forward-thinking principles.

The collaboration between Harun and Amin of the Halim Rasip Group, TNB, and the Perak State Government has resulted in the establishment of the Lekir Bulk Terminal, a versatile terminal located next to the SJSAS, Manjung. This facility was designed to facilitate the transfer of coal from ships to land. The terminal was initially equipped with two ship unloaders and two conveyor lines on a 2.7 kilometers jetty, all the way to the receiving facility at SJSAS. To date, the facility has increased its cargo unloading capacity by having an additional 82 MT ship unloader, another jetty conveyor line and an onshore bypass conveyor system.

The Halim Rasip brothers had also successfully developed the Lumut Maritime Terminal (LMT), located in Kampung Aceh, Sitiawan, Perak.
