The Group has achieved a significant milestone by diversifying beyond its core business in Manjung and expanding into the marine and maritime services industry in Jimah, Negeri Sembilan.
Our one-stop solutions approach to maritime-related requirements has enabled us to offer a range of services, including marine supervision, pilotage, tugboat charter, mooring, jetty facilities fabrication and supply, bathymetry study and dredging, and stevedoring services.
Our wholly-owned subsidiary Integrax Maritime Services Sdn Bhd (IMSSB) has been established to facilitate this expansion. We are also collaborating with strategic partners to broaden our business to encompass midstream activities in the energy-related industry. These activities include repair, maintenance and overhaul (RMO) services for small and medium-sized vessels, as well as the ownership, operating and/or chartering of support/service vessels.
