

Dato' Ir Roslan Bin Abd Rahman
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ir. Roslan Abd Rahman graduated with Electrical Engineering Degree from Syracuse University, New York, U.S.A. and subsequently gained a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia.
He started his career as an engineer with Lembaga Letrik Negara (LLN) in 1985 at Perai Power Station. From then on, his career progressed through various roles and responsibilities within the power station fleet owned by TNB. In 2014 he was appointed as Senior General Manager (Asset Operation), Generation Division and his major roles, among others were leading the overall operations and maintenance of all the power plant assets in TNB. He was then appointed as Chief Generation Officer TNB in 2018 and later with the formation of TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd (TPGSB) in 2020, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.
As the Chief Operating Officer of the new subsidiary, he is responsible for the performances of all TPGSB power plants and subsidiaries, among other things, it covers the availability, reliability, efficiencies,and overall financial return of the assets. He also sits on the board of various TNB subsidiaries, IPPs and JV companies through his role as Director or Chairman. He is a member of Board of Engineers, Malaysia and the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and holds a Competent Electrical Engineer certificate from the Energy Commission since 1999.

Zainal Abidin Shah Mahamood
Managing Director, Integrax Berhad
He initially obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and subsequently was accorded a First Class Honours Degree in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Malaysia. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and currently is entrusted with the position of the Managing Director of Integrax , a subsidiary of TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd.
He has been with TNB for 30 years with vast experiences in business process re-engineering particularly for preparing another local utility for its privatization exercise, in formulating and introducing the limits of authority for TNB and in reviewing its internal control documentation before given the task to manage the commodity procurement activities of TNB Fuel Services Sdn. Bhd.
He has extensive knowledge in commodity procurement particularly in the areas of international sourcing, quality evaluation, market pricings, international trading practice and contract management.

Mohammad Zahir Bin Ismail
Head/Executive Vice President, Asset Operation & Maintenance
Mohammad Zahir Ismail graduated with Electrical Engineering Degree from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and subsequently gained a master’s degree in Business Administration from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Melbourne University.
He started his career with TNB in 1990 as an Electrical Engineer in Perai Power Station. Prior to his current position he served for 20 years in Operation and Maintenance at Perai, Gelugor, Tuanku Jaafar and Connaught Bridge Power Stations and in various fields including some business management departments including Business Support Services, Material & Services, Human Resource & Training and Business Performance & Admin. Other notable positions held are Project Manager, Saudi Malaysia O&M Services Co. Ltd, Saudi Arabia, Project Manager, ALIMTIAZ O&M Co. Ltd, Saudi Arabia, Operation Head, Shoaiba Cogeneration Plant, Kuwait and Plant Manager, Sabiya Open Cycle Gas Turbines, Kuwait.
After he came back from overseas assignment in 2014, he has been appointed to lead Strategic Management & Organization Development for Generation Division in TNB and Managing Director of Integrax Berhad before joining the newly formed TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. as the Head of Asset Operation & Maintenance in October 2020.

Mohd Zaini Bin Jaafar
Managing Director, TNB Janamanjung
Haji Mohd Zaini Jaafar graduated with Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Missouri, Columbia, USA in 1985. He initially served at the largest Combined Cycle Power Plant at Paka for 18 years, acquiring experience in both plant operations and maintenance. He then served as Gas Turbines Asset Manager at Generation Headquarters, before being appointed as the General Manager at Gelugor Power Station in 2009.
In 2012, he was seconded to TNB Remaco/Kharafi National JV as General Manager for the Combined Cycle and Desalination Plant at Shuaiba North, Kuwait. After he came back in 2015, he became the Managing Director of TNB Prai Sdn. Bhd, that is overall responsible for two blocks of newly developed Single-Shaft Combined Cycle Plant with Capacity of 1071 MW.
He served for a short stint as Plant General Manager at Jimah East Power Station, before joining the newly formed TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. as the Head of Engineering in December 2020. In 30th August 2021 he was appointed as a Managing Director of TNB Janamanjung Sdn. Bhd.

Datuk Mohd Hisham Bin Ab Halim
Head/Executive Vice President, Business Development and Commercial
Datuk Mohd Hisham Ab Halim is the Head of Business Development and Commercial in TNB Power Generation Sdn. Bhd. (TNB Genco). He has been serving TNB since 1985 holding various position in various places such as at Cameron Highlands Hydropower Station, Serdang Power Station and subsidiary of TNB, Tenaga Switchgear Sdn. Bhd. (TSG) as the Managing Director.
Visionary and strategic leader with vast experience for more than 35 years, he is dedicated to drive TNB Genco growth for higher achievement and becoming a leader in Power Generation business local and abroad. His experience as Managing Director of TSG brings TNB Genco extra competitiveness in pursue of future energy market in term of new asset, services expansion, new energy business and handling the robust regulation and environment requirements.

Azlinda Binti Safian
GROUP CONTROLLER, GROUP ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING TENAGA NASIONAL BERHAD
Azlinda Safian is the Group Controller, Group Accounting and Reporting of Group Finance Division Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). She is a chartered accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales (ICAEW).
A strategic and experienced finance professional with more than 22 years within Tenaga Nasional Berhad covering international business, investments, financial reporting, analysis, internal audit and operations. Dedicated to maintaining a reputation built on quality and uncompromising ethics, she is committed in her goals in ensuring the financial management of the organisation is efficient and effective towards meeting the company’s strategic objectives.

Norazni Mohd Isa
Group Company Secretary
Norazni binti Mohd Isa is the Group Company Secretary who holds the responsibility of advising the Chairman as well as the Board Members with regards to their duties/responsibilities and governance matters, including ensuring the compliance to the applicable laws and regulatory requirements..
She had more than 27 years of vast experience within TNB where she had served in various positions specifically in legal services, tender, contract management and regulatory management. She was appointed as Company Secretary since 2012. Norazni holds Master of Laws from University of Malaya and Advanced Diploma in Law from MARA Institute of Technology.
